The Packwood House's partner property, the Sherwood Inn, has been a favorite venue for weddings and other social affairs for nearly two centuries. With its scenic views of Skaneateles Lake and its setting in the midst of the historic village of Skaneateles, this beautifully restored colonial inn creates an idyllic setting for any wedding, reception or special occasion. The Sherwood Inn’s on-site catering specialists understand that you want your event to be unique and special -- they will work with you from the initial consultation to the final planning details.

We want to ensure that your special event is everything you desire it to be. We also know that planning an event takes time so, to help you, we provide information on other services you may need such as florists, entertainment, cakes and transportation. We cater to groups both large and small and are confident that we will match your requirements and that all important budget.

We will be on hand to help you add all those personal touches that make your day special. Details of the menu choices along with wine lists and beverage menus are available upon request. However, if you would like to design your own menu, we would be pleased to discuss this with you.
